About the module
In this module, we introduce educational leadership and management as an activity that all teachers perform, regardless of whether they hold a formal leadership position.
By the end of the module, you should be able to describe and apply the key principles underpinning leadership, management & followership as they relate to health professions’ education, and be able to utilise a set of tools to support effective leadership and change in your organisation.
