About the module

This module explores educational leadership from an organisational perspective, considering the various ways that health professions education organisations are structured and function, how they work within complex systems and how leaders can nurture a positive organisational culture and climate.

Educational leadership needs to work with and across multiple organisational and professional boundaries; leaders therefore need to understand their own organisations to influence change and innovation as well as how organisations work within systems.
