There are different buttons for in-person and online registration.
If you are an AMEE member, you will be eligible to register at the AMEE member rate provided your membership is current and paid.
Non-member concession, resourced constrained or student registrations will have to provide proof of status.
Completed registrations will receive a confirmation email, detailing registration login details.
Amendments can be made at any time by selecting the modify button and entering login details.
Hotels or tours can be booked through the in-person registration site.

Payment terms
Payment may be made by credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard) or invoice (bank transfer) in Euros € and should be received within four weeks of your booking being accepted.
For registration after 31 July 2026, only credit/debit card payments are accepted. Any registrations for the in-person or online conference which are unpaid by 31 July 2026 will be cancelled and those wishing to attend will be required to reregister and, if a space remains available at the conference, pay by credit/debit card.
The payment deadline for those paying by invoice/BACS for all registrations is 31 July 2026. Any unpaid registrations will be cancelled on 1 August 2026.
All payments must be made prior to the start of the conference unless prior arrangements have been agreed.
Access to AMEE 2026 or to the conference app will not be given unless all fees have been paid.

5 Institutional Members will receive a discount code to redeem 7.5% discount on the Non-Member registration rates except the Resource Constrained Setting registration rate. Discount code can be redeemed a maximum of 10 times.

Registration fee support
We are very pleased to announce that we have been able to significantly reduce the Conference fee for those members who we recognise as being resource constrained.
We also understand that many participants have little funding support to attend the conference so we will, once again, be able to offer some free or reduced-cost registrations for participants who have had presentations accepted.
If you have had an in-person or online short communication or ePoster accepted for AMEE 2026 and are a member of AMEE in one of the following categories, you may be eligible for support towards the cost of the conference registration fee:
