Empower Future-Ready Educators: Join Us at the 8th ICFDHP Conference in Barcelona!

We are excited to welcome you to Barcelona for our 8^th Biannual Conference. Our conference theme is Future-Ready Educators: Empowering Faculty for Tomorrow’s Challenges. We invite you to learn, inspire, and grow with us.

The International Conference on Faculty Development in the Health Professions (ICFDHP) brings together professionals, educators, students, institutions, and organisations from across the globe to share practice, collaborate on projects, and grow their network of colleagues. The biannual conference is an opportunity to make new connections, learn novel approaches, and become more deeply involved in the advancement of faculty development in health professions.

The ICFDHP is supported by the efforts of AMEE members and AMEE’s Faculty Development Committee. This support makes the ICFDHP more than a conference; it is a learning community of experts. So come to meet ‘old’ friends and make some new ones too!

Payment may be made by credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard) or invoice (bank transfer) in Euros € and should be received within four weeks of your booking being accepted. 

For registration after 31 July 2025, only credit/debit card payments are accepted. Any registrations which are unpaid by 31 July 2025 will be cancelled and those wishing to attend will be required to reregister and, if a space remains available at the conference, pay by credit/debit card. 

Any onsite registrations at the conference venue will be charged at a higher rate. We will set out details of this higher rate on our website and at the venue. No cash will be accepted onsite.

The payment deadline for those paying by invoice/BACS for all registrations is 31 July 2025. Any unpaid registrations will be cancelled on 1 August 2025.

All payments must be made prior to the start of the conference unless prior arrangements have been agreed. Access to the 8th ICFDHP Conference or to the conference app will not be given unless all fees have been paid.
