The Nominations Committee plays a crucial role in the governance and leadership succession planning of AMEE, ensuring that the Governing Committee, including pivotal positions such as the President-Elect, are filled with qualified, diverse, and capable individuals.
The Nominations Committee is tasked with overseeing the process of identifying, evaluating, and recommending candidates for appointment to the organisation’s Governing Committee including key leadership positions, to ensure the composition of the Governing Committee supports the organisation’s mission, vision, and strategic goals.
